Founder Sarah Mooers holds a BS in Engineering from Swarthmore College and a PhD in Chemical Engineering from the University in Pennsylvania. Drawn to the pharmaceutical industry for the opportunity to save and improve lives, Dr. Mooers worked in manufacturing process development and quality assurance for nearly twenty years.
Dr. Mooers combines the rigors of industrial analysis with a warm, supportive approach. Our methodology is based on the widely-used 5S system from Lean Manufacturing: Sort, Straighten, Shine, Standardize, and Sustain.
